The houses were designed and built by a Swedish family and a Cypriot builder with good credentials. The Swedish family has one of the houses as their own summerhouse.<\/p>\n
The houses are for sale or rent and are situated in the village of Lapta, approximately 12 km west of Girne\/ Kyrenia in a tranquil and genuine surrounding.<\/p>\n
The houses are built in an old olive grove and a lot of effort has been put into garden design and environmental thinking.<\/p>\n
There are 9 houses sharing a large communal pool (16 x 6.5m) in front of the houses. The houses have a wonderful sea and Mountain View.<\/p>\n
The houses can be bought furnished or unfurnished<\/p>\n

The ground floor has one single bedroom with bunk bed, with air-conditioner, wardrobes and a balcony.<\/p>\n
There is a combined kitchen\/ dining\/living room. There is a fully tiled guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and a washing machine.<\/p>\n
In the living room there is a satellite TV channels, DVD and CD. In the living room there is a sofa bed and it is here you have the terrace towards the pool<\/p>\n
On the upper floor is the master bedroom with toilet and shower, air-conditioner, wardrobes and a writing desk. There are 2 balconies on this floor, one facing the pool area.<\/p>\n
